Holistic & alternative healing
Our holistic approach fosters a profound sense of balance and well-being, guiding you toward emotional and physical revitalisation. Together, we help you rediscover your inner strength and reclaim your life.
Our approach
Through a blend of alternative healing practices, we provide the tools to restore emotional balance, mental clarity and inner peace.
Energy work, meditation, traditional Indian systems, body work and creative and talking approaches all sit alongside one another here — because different people arrive needing different doors.
Nothing is prescribed at the first meeting. We listen, suggest a starting practice, and change course as you do.
More about how we workTherapy Pot
Our vision is to foster a healing space of wellness through holistic therapy, meditative pathways, naturopathy and the gastronomic domain, while making time-honoured natural approaches available for meaningful learning and practice.
Reconnect with natural approaches to wellbeing and create opportunities for theoretical and practical learning, self-awareness and holistic living.
Provide compassionate guidance, education and holistic practices that support greater wellness, balance and harmony. Our values include awareness, balance, compassion, learning, conscious living and inner transformation.
Our greatest accomplishment is witnessing the transformative potential of inner awareness and creating a space where people can pause, reconnect, learn and explore their own path.
Chakra balancing & aura cleansing
We work to channel and restore life energy aligned with the seven chakras, each associated with different physical, emotional and spiritual aspects. Choose one to read what it governs.
Anahata
Heart chakra · centre of the chest
Traditionally associated with love, compassion and connection — to others and to yourself. When it feels closed, people often describe difficulty giving or receiving warmth.
Holistic therapies
Filter by the kind of work that suits you. Everything here is complementary — supportive of well-being, and never a substitute for medical care.
A method of energy healing grounded in meditative and intuitive practice, working with what practitioners describe as universal life force to encourage deep relaxation and self-contentment.
Guided and self-directed meditation for focus, calm and emotional steadiness — matched to how much stillness you can comfortably hold right now.
Work to channel and restore life energy aligned with the seven chakras, each associated with different physical, emotional and spiritual aspects. Aura cleansing clears energy that feels stagnant.

A holistic practice using crystals and natural gemstones, which practitioners hold to carry unique vibrations that can influence our own energy fields — used to balance energy and support personal growth.
Ancient practices in Indian traditions using posture, breath and hand gestures — long used to support general health and ease everyday tension.
One of the world's oldest holistic systems, working with the three doshas and the five elements of the body through natural practices such as massage, meditation and diet.
Applying pressure to specific points on the body, based on the concept of Qi — the vital energy said to flow through pathways known as meridians.
A holistic practice using extracted essential oils, most often for relaxation, stress relief, comfort and mental clarity.
Uses the creative medium itself — colour and art therapy, music — as a space for exploring emotion and finding self-expression.
Focuses on changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviours in order to improve well-being. Delivered only by a practitioner qualified in it.
Explores unconscious patterns and past experiences, and the way they shape present-day feeling and behaviour.

Questions
Therapy Pot is a holistic wellness practice offering alternative healing sessions, self-healing guidance and Reiki training. The approach blends energy work, meditation, traditional Indian systems and creative and talking therapies, and sessions run online for people anywhere in the world.
Yes. Online global consultancy is the core of what we do — life coaching, self-healing guidance, interactive workshops and webinars all run remotely. Some body-based work, such as acupressure, is better suited to an in-person session.
No, and we will never suggest otherwise. Everything offered here is complementary: it sits alongside the care of your doctor, therapist or specialist, and is intended to support relaxation, emotional balance and general well-being.
We do not diagnose conditions, we do not treat or cure disease, and we will not ask you to stop or delay any treatment a qualified clinician has prescribed. If you are living with a serious illness, please keep your medical team informed about any complementary practice you take up.
No experience is needed for Level 1. The path runs from ART Level 1 through Levels 2 and 3 and on to professional and Master-level training, with attunement at each stage. There is more on the courses page.
Charges vary by therapy and by course level. Tell us what you are interested in and we will send the current rates — there is no obligation to book.
What you share in a session stays between you and your practitioner. It is not published or shared, other than where we are required by law to disclose it or where there is a serious and immediate risk to someone's safety.
